Fulton Nassau Crossroads Project

We were hired by Hudson Meridian Construction Group to work as the outreach marketing team for the Fulton Nassau Crossroads Storefront and Façade Improvement Program. Hudson Meridian had been hired by NYCEDC to manage all aspects of the program including outreach, design and construction. The project included the development and presentation of a strategic plan for successfully enrolling local businesses in this storefront and façade improvement program. Once the approach and execution plan was approved, we were responsible for the overall message development, promotional communications, brand identity development (including program logo), brochure copy writing and design, Website copy writing, development of a storefront marketing kit and outreach street team training. Results included the launch of a direct outreach campaign that, within the first four to six weeks of the program launching, exceeded the number of target applications expected for the first three months of the program.
