Favorite Places for Lunch/Coffee
Diegos Taqueria – amazing street-style tacos, try the cauliflower tacos . . . really, trust us
Outdated: an antique cafe – great cup of coffee, farm fresh meals & the most delicious scones
Sissy’s Cafe – smoothies, juices, sandwiches, vegetarian and vegan options, there’s something for everyone.
The Lunchbox – “Ulster County’s Smallest Restaurant” – really, it’s just a tiny space with a window but you will come back day after day for their soup!
Duo Bistro – creative, delicious food, all locally-sourced
Uptown Coffee – great place to grab a delicious coffee and meet with some friends or colleagues
Kovo Rotisserie – you need to order Myrna’s Avgolemono Soup – egg lemon chicken soup with rice
Favorite Places to Shop
Bop to Tottom – fun, eclectic accessories like scarves, bags, jewelry and more
Duo Pantry – locally sourced goods from around the Hudson Valley
Herzog’s Home Center – We’re reluctant to give away this secret but tucked in our local Herzog’s is a fabulous gift center with scarves, bags, kitchen accessories, jewelry, etc. And they will wrap your gift beautifully for free! You’ve got to check it out for yourself.
Favorite Things to Do
Stockade FC Games – We are proud volunteers of Kingston’s first semi-pro soccer league. Games are at Dietz Stadium and are fun for the whole family.
Kingston Farmers’ Market – only one of the best farmers’ markets in the area every Saturday in Uptown Kingston, NY
Hudson Valley Tech Meet-Up – monthly gathering of creatives, engineers, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and genuine lovers of technology who share their passion for all things tech in the Hudson Valley of NY State
